Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a separate seating area and kitchenette. The location was ideal, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and close to the vaporetto stop. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in terms of salad options.

Dies machte es sehr einfach, die Stadt zu erkunden und auch für Einkäufe. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte.

The Palazzo Del Giglio in Venice exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The room was impeccably clean and the modern AC kept us cool even on hot days. The breakfast, served in the room, was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the entire hotel had a clean and modern feel. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed and the internet connection was fast. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and the ferry terminal.

I absolutely loved the location of this place! It was so convenient, just a short walk from the bus station and the famous Marko palace. The central location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the main attractions.

The hotel offered us complimentary champagne and a bowl of fruits upon arrival. The location was very convenient, right next to the water taxi stop and within walking distance of everything. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were genuinely helpful and always ready to assist.

The room felt dated and did not feel clean. We also encountered noise in the morning and the night porter/manager was rude and unhelpful, not even offering to help with our cases even though we arrived with two young children at 1am.

The location was superb, right next to the vaporetto stop and close to St Mark's Square. The area around the hotel was fabulous, with a charming plaza just steps away. The room I stayed in was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a well-stocked bathroom with a range of toiletries provided. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great service from start to finish. They even brought breakfast to my room every morning at no extra charge. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the fruit bowl that was waiting for me upon arrival. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
