The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the pool was large with a nice view. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel location was convenient, close to uptown and shopping malls. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near a fantastic shopping center and a wide range of restaurants, which made it very convenient to explore the local area. The hotel was also located close to a variety of tourist sites, so it was very easy to get around and see everything. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the view from the room was truly spectacular, offering a great way to relax and unwind after a long day.

That the towels were not as clean as expected and there was a slight issue with the staff's attention to customers during breakfast service.

Having stayed at this hotel recently, I must say that the location is ideal for visiting attractions like A Famosa and Taming Sari, with the entrance and rooms facing out to sea. The room was comfortable, with bunk beds that were suitable for children but needed more caution. The service at breakfast was lackluster, with unattended counters and overly salty food. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel and the parking facilities were commendable.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous! The luxurious amenities truly made us feel pampered, from the indoor swimming pool to the Spa centre with a variety of massages and saunas to relax in. The restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast with halal food options and a bar/lounge area to enjoy dinner and drinks. The private facilities were top-notch, including sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool and a spa lounge for ultimate relaxation. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to many touristy areas and Mahkota parade for shopping.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a little weak. However, it did not greatly affect our overall experience at this hotel.
