The absolute highlight of our stay was the jaw-dropping palace-likedecor, filled with museum-quality objects and art. It was like stepping into a childhood fantasy! The staff were super attentive and made the experience even more special. The location is right in the middle of everything Naples has to offer. Check-in was personalized and hassle-free. The rooms were stunning and made us feel like royalty. Worth every penny and we wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. Such an exceptional hotel, we're already planning our return visit.

The rooms are immense and beautifully decorated with authentic frescoes and paintings. It feels like sleeping in a museum or castle. The staff, especially Alfredo, was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The property is beautifully restored and the balconies have wonderful views of the city center. It's in a vibrant part of the city and close to many attractions. The espresso machine and refreshments provided were a nice touch.
