The apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of the city, right next to the Cathedral. Our room had huge windows that offered a fantastic view of the bustling piazza below. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, truly making us feel like we were part of the city.

The front desk staff had limited hours, so accessing the apartment or getting assistance could sometimes be a bit challenging.

We loved the well-maintained apartment in the charming old building. The Giotto suite on the sixth floor was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was central, making it easy to walk to all the historic sites. The staff was amazing and very helpful, even going out of their way to buy us a toaster and accommodating all our little requests. Having a reception desk for advice was a bonus. The option to have the room cleaned at our convenience with no extra charge was great.

We felt so relaxed and had no complaints during our stay.
