the staff at Palazzo Gentilcore were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the free upgrade to a spacious and comfortable superior room was a pleasant surprise. the hotel restaurant was fantastic, offering a great selection of dishes. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the TV had a great selection of channels.

The hotel is located in the center, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. It is close to a beautiful square and offers stunning views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern showers and lovely decorations. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including homemade pastries, fresh fruits, and local cheeses.

Some staff members lack proper training in hospitality.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Gentilcore for a few nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional, especially in the restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious dinners served by the amazing Nello and chef. The food and presentation were exceptional, and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff made it a special experience. The breakfast was also the best we've had in Italy, with a great variety of choices and detailed explanations of each dish.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Location was great, it was easy to access from the parking area. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, you could walk to everything you need such as restaurants and stores, it was awesome! the breakfast had some good options like yoghurt and fruits. During Christmas, the hotel was decorated really nicely.

The room was not very clean, there was hair on the sheets and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. the staff wasn't very friendly during our stay and didn't seem to be too interested in helping us.
