The hotel offered free shuttle service which was very convenient for exploring the area. the establishment was also located in a bustling part of the city, with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. the breakfast served was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was in need of some maintenance as there were decorations ongoing and the room doors had flecks and smears of paint. the staff was not as friendly as they could have been, and there were issues with the hot water supply.

Despite a few minor inconveniences during our stay, we found that Hotel Ivotel in Abidjan exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we appreciated the variety of fresh fruit available. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, making our stay comfortable. The staff, particularly Madame Coulibally and Emmanuel at the front desk, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location was also convenient. we would highly recommend Hotel Ivotel for a pleasant stay in Abidjan.

I recently stayed at Ivotel for 4 days on a business trip. The airport shuttle service was convenient and the room impressed me with its stylish contemporary decor. The spacious suite was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The hotel food was delicious, with reasonable prices, and the staff were accommodating when I had a change of plans. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa provided excellent massages. I appreciated the friendly and professional service from the staff.

The location of the hotel was quite busy, which may not be ideal for those seeking a more peaceful atmosphere. However, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were exceptional. One guest mentioned having a corner room on the 9th floor with plenty of light, providing a pleasant ambiance for their stay. The facilities were new and modern, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of items and the restaurant was tastefully decorated. the hotel provided a comfortable and visually appealing experience.

There was an issue with hot water during one guest's stay. Despite multiple calls to reception, it took five days for the problem to be resolved.
