We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was beautiful with many hidden spots to relax in. The staff, especially Christian and Francesca, were incredibly attentive and helpful. They booked restaurants for us and provided us with valuable local knowledge. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar and in-room safe. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the restaurant served excellent food.

We stayed in a lovely room with our own balcony and plunge pool to cool off in. The hotel is located in the centre of a very normal village, close to the sea and within easy reach of sights and beaches. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, and the breakfast offered a wide choice of delicious food. The hotel also had a restaurant open to the public, which served amazing quality food.

I recently had a 4-night stay at Palazzo Guglielmo and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly staff. The hotel is nestled in a charming courtyard, offering a peaceful and spacious atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool, rooftop jacuzzi, spa, and even a ping-pong table. The breakfast spread was delicious and freshly made, offering a wide variety of options. The grounds were well-maintained with plenty of areas to relax, whether it be on the roof terraces or in the gardens. Our room, the Bukowski, was clean, spacious, and full of character. The secure parking was a bonus. Additionally, the location was great with easy access to Castro, where we enjoyed the nearby beaches. Palazzo Guglielmo was a magical place to stay and I highly recommend it.

During our recent stay in a charming town in Italy's Salento region, we were lucky enough to discover a hidden gem that offered a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived at this enchanting hotel, we were greeted with warmth and kindness.

Although our stay was nearly perfect, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bed was a tad too firm for our liking, and some noise from the street occasionally disrupted our sleep.

Spent NYE in a gorgeous location slightly away from the main attractions. Beautifully restored building with lovely gardens and friendly staff. Bikes available to roam around and explore the nearby stunning beaches. Food was excellent with a range of Italian collezione. The pool was fantastic as was the hot tub. Even when the property was busy, there was always a quiet area to relax and escape the chaos. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some much-needed peace and calm after a hectic year.

Honestly, nothing negative to say. The location is slightly off-track, but that was one of its best aspects as it was peaceful and quiet. Maybe the bikes could have been a bit better maintained, but it was a minor issue, and we still had a great time exploring. if you're looking for a peaceful haven away from the crowds to unwind, this is the perfect spot!
