I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, nestled on a quiet side street not far from major landmarks. the cleanliness was impeccable, with modern bathrooms and luxurious linens. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. the staff were very helpful, making me feel right at home.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel was beautifully designed with a cozy courtyard and fluffy towels. Great location - just a short walk from the water bus stop. the breakfast was top-notch, served in a stunning room with lovely decor and lighting. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

No major complaints, but some rooms may be on the smaller side. It could be disappointing for some guests expecting a larger space.

Our request for an 8-person water taxi to the airport led to a pleasant surprise with a complimentary minibus journey. the room was spacious and clean with a minor issue of warmth. Breakfast was lacking, but the beautiful breakfast room made up for it. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Shower temperature fluctuation issue persists. AC did not work.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. the location in the San Marco neighborhood was perfect; we were able to easily reach all the landmarks we wanted to see and even got there by water bus from the airport, which was very convenient. the services provided, from room amenities to room service, were exceptional. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the room was cozy, with all the necessary amenities, and the garden area provided a lovely place to relax.

Highly recommend this place to others for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
