I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and the staff, particularly the lady in the kitchen and the lady at the front desk, were outstanding. They were always cheerful and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. I also have to mention the innkeeper, Massimiliano, who was attentive, helpful, and had a fantastic sense of humor. Despite the language barrier, he made sure I understood everything and gave me wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I loved everything about this hotel and the beautiful location of Radda.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with luxurious rooms and renovated bathrooms. The location in a quiet and safe town with beautiful views was perfect. The staff were friendly and inviting, making our stay truly enjoyable. We also loved the personal and boutique feel of the hotel, along with the amazing spa and gym facilities. And let's not forget the stunning views over the vineyards.

The breakfast could have been better if there was more staff to handle the coffee making and table clearing.

We stayed at this charming hotel for five nights and were delighted with our experience. The staff, especially Davide, were efficient and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The hotel's location in the middle of the walled city center was perfect, allowing us easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful sights of Radda in Chianti. The rooftop patio provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished with period decor, impressing not only us but also our grandchildren. The breakfast offered ample choices, and the breakfast staff accommodated my early morning coffee request. we found the hotel to be well-maintained, with friendly and English-speaking staff who made our stay enjoyable.

While the lack of an elevator is understandable in a historical building, it may be challenging for guests with limited mobility, as most rooms require climbing stairs. Additionally, the shower in our room was too small for adults and could use better cleaning.

One of the rooms may have a balcony, but the view from it is not very impressive.

We enjoyed the complimentary Easter eggs left in the room and the cute Easter decorations in the lobby. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the charming village, and the nearby parking was very convenient. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries and savory items to choose from.

The staff was not very accommodating and the spa amenities were not included in the price, making it very expensive to use. the room was quite small and lacked natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped.

The location was perfect and the breakfast in the old kitchen was a delight. The reserved parking was convenient, and even though the attached restaurant was closed, there were plenty of dining options nearby. a fantastic stay! 😊
