The location was ideal, as it was close to shops but not on the main street, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were exquisite, boasting elegant and comfortable décor. The breakfast provided was delicious and the service offered was top-notch. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of the surrounding area. The facilities offered were truly indulgent, making it difficult to leave the comfort of the guesthouse.

The sound isolation was not perfect, as live music from a nearby restaurant could be heard at night.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. We also enjoyed the complimentary chocolate eggs and the glass of Prosecco. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from many restaurants and shops, which was very convenient. the bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast options were limited and expensive, which led us to eat out instead. the hotel lacked a gym or fitness center for guests who wanted to exercise.

We've never experienced a better luxury hotel in our 20 years of travel. The warm welcome from the owner and the stunning beauty of the Palazzo blew us away. The intimate atmosphere and 5-star service provided a truly enchanting experience. Our whole family fell in love with this place.
