my stay in palermo was fantastic, and this place exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast spread was delightful, featuring fresh fruits and pastries. giuseppe, the host, made our experience even better with his warm greetings and helpful suggestions.

the elevator access after 5 pm was a bit concerning.

the location is excellent (quiet yet near restaurants! ). breakfast is a delightful spread, with fresh croissants, fruits, and deliciously freshly squeezed orange juice! staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant.

all good, maybe a little more signage would help 😊.

the location is decent, but it’s absurd that the elevator is the only access after 5 pm, not a great feeling of security. also, calling that filthy balcony a feature is laughable! after such inconveniences, i expected at least a warm welcome gift. instead, just unpleasant surprises everywhere, i almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t.

the terrace access is stunning with great views. some rooms can be noisy at times.

Loved the spacious room with excellent shower pressure and the mini-fridge was a nice touch. The charming garden dining area added to our experience. Our kids enjoyed having their own two-room apartment. Giuseppe set us up with quick parking, making everything so easy.

the breakfast room is beautifully decorated and very inviting to start your day. the sound insulation from the hallway is lacking, making it noisy at times.

The prime location made it easy to explore the area on foot, and the parking service was an unexpected convenience. However, the entrance could be more clearly marked, and the dated furniture in the room was a small downside. The lift had its quirks but was manageable, allowing access to the spacious accommodations.
