We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. the room was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with options for gluten-free guests like me. the location couldn't have been better, as we were within walking distance of the old city center and main streets. the host, Signor Giuseppe, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even came to pick us up when we had trouble finding the parking entrance. the private, secured parking was a great convenience in a busy city like Palermo. we had a fantastic experience at Palazzo Pantaleo.

The host, Guiseppe, was kind and gracious, providing helpful tips and even arranging our laundry. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Palermo.

The breakfast offered is delicious, with a variety of options including pastries, fruit, and fresh squeezed orange juice.

There is a slight downside to the hotel. The elevator is quite small, which can be a bit of a challenge, especially for guests with larger luggage.
