Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The room was in dire need of a renovation. everything felt tired and outdated. The bathroom had mold in the shower and a broken toilet seat. To make matters worse, there was a dirty used glass waiting for us upon arrival, and the carpets had not been cleaned properly, giving an impression of poor hygiene.

Had a boss time in me room with a sound view of the garden, nice ‘n quiet. But, the breakfast was dead basic for ten euros—better off nippin’ to a cafe. Overall, still a decent spot, especially for the price!

The staff offered a warm welcome and handled a room mix-up with professionalism, providing a refund and swift resolution. The location was convenient with easy access to trams and metro. Enjoyed delightful Danish pastries at breakfast, though the selection could be a bit more varied. The room was pleasantly quiet, but some fixtures needed maintenance to enhance the overall stay experience.

Wi-Fi was good, but lift was out of order. Luggage storage was a plus.

The noise levels from loud neighbors could disturb your peace!!! The absence of air conditioning makes for an unbearable atmosphere during warm weather!!! Room layouts are inconvenient and not as described!!! Cleanliness needs attention, especially in less visible areas!!!

Cozy room, convenient location, with easy access to the tram and metro outside the hotel to explore the city and a lovely breakfast setup that includes limited but satisfying options with friendly staff who are always willing to assist.

The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to assist. The daily housekeeping kept our room clean, and I especially enjoyed having a fridge for refreshments during warm days. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, with easy access to trams and great restaurants nearby.

Aye, this spot was mad cozy! Them receptionists were real chill, helpin’ with everything. Had myself a dope hot shower after long days wanderin’ 'round. The breakfast was alright—could use some fresher eggs tho. I loved the room view too, just a vibe!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find tasty food. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday!
