We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and tourist attractions, but still peaceful.

From arrival to departure, it was a blast! The staff was so welcoming and kind, managing to surprise my partner. The bedroom was astonishing, especially the unique ceiling. The bathroom was really nice and the breakfast was excellent, especially the hot chocolate. You must go to this hotel if you want to live up your expectations.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a central location in Florence. The staff at Palazzo Ridolfi - Residenza D'Epoca were extremely helpful and friendly, always available to assist me. The penthouse had an amazing view and the shower was great. I enjoyed a good breakfast with a decent selection. Although the bathroom was a bit cold, overall it was a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to sightseeing spots and great restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was stunning, with beautiful fresco on the ceiling and all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day of exploring. The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing me to easily wander around this authentic area of the city and visit great restaurants nearby. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. They provided spot-on restaurant recommendations, made a reservation for me in a superb restaurant on my last evening, and even booked a taxi for my departure. Additionally, the hotel was impeccably clean and had a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Florence. The value for money was great, especially considering the amazing views I had from my room. The painted ceiling in the room was absolutely stunning, adding a touch of elegance to my stay. The staff was also very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

I stayed at this charming hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, and the facilities were top-notch. The decor maintained the property's historic charm, and I loved the inclusion of a sky box in the room. The mini bar prices were also very reasonable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by great bakeries and coffee places.

Great location, 5 min walk to main attractions. Quiet, beautifully renovated boutique B&B. Deluxe suite with comfortable king bed, nice ensuite with large shower. Excellent working air conditioner. Great buffet breakfast and wonderful service.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, within walking distance to popular attractions and plenty of places to eat and drink. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, as well as a great bathroom with quality toiletries.

There were some noise issues in other rooms, and it could be difficult to ask for assistance as reception wasn't manned. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room, so it's advisable to bring bug spray.

The location of the property is excellent! The staff are excellent and treat you just how you would like and some! The property is very clean, that's a must-have for me. The staff are a real credit to this property very friendly and genuine, always willing to help. The breakfast was nice though with a good variety.
