The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money. The hotel is just a short walk away from the Duomo and the castle near the port, making it convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend Palazzo Salgar for anyone looking for a great stay in Naples.

Our experience during the Xmas period was positive! We enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks that were provided in our room, and the clean and modern atmosphere of the hotel. the location was great, as it allowed us to easily walk to most of the main attractions and restaurants in the area. We especially loved the comfortable beds, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

While the sweet selection was good, the scrambled eggs for breakfast were inedible. the restaurant only serves heated 'frozen gourmet dishes', which is not ideal for a 4-star hotel.
