Our suite had a stunning view and was exceptionally comfortable. Room service was top-notch, and the clear water made swimming a delight. Despite being Chinese New Year, there were surprisingly few people around. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, Borneo Beach Villas is worth the trip outside the city.

the rooms were large and clean, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the villa even had a terrace area where we could enjoy tea and wine while overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens and the sea beyond. the location was perfect for stunning sunsets and easy access to the beach. the villa also had its own private pool, which was great for a refreshing dip. Borneo Beach Villas provided us with a spacious and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beachfront property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious and modern accommodation offered fantastic views and kitchen facilities, which allowed us to cook and enjoy family time together. The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. the provided shuttle services and nearby amenities added convenience to our stay.

We did notice that some areas of the room were not properly cleaned, such as plates, glasses, and the sliding door. It would have been more convenient if there was a trash can readily available for us to dispose of our rubbish.

The accommodation was spacious and in good condition, with a large kitchen and adequate equipment for preparing meals. The main bathroom featured a whirlpool bath and a steam room feature in the shower cubicle. The resort offered a free shuttle to a nearby supermarket and a pleasant beachfront stroll to a 5-star resort with a variety of restaurants.

Communication with the front desk was difficult due to a malfunctioning phone system, requiring a walk to their villa for every enquiry. WiFi had a daily limit, which could be frustrating if exceeded.

We had an incredible stay at Borneo Beach Villas. the staff was friendly and helpful, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given coupons for welcome drinks and a relaxing massage. the villa itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious, with amazing views. We had our own wading pool and lap pool, which was a fantastic addition. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a small oven, microwave, fridge, and all utensils. the beach, just steps away from our villa, was pristine and inviting. it was one of the best resorts we have stayed at in Sabah.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location near the beach was perfect, just a few steps away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious room and breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided a wide selection of dishes and was definitely a highlight of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Borneo Beach Villas! the apartment was well appointed with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a spacious living area. the venue itself was beautiful, with stunning beach and garden areas that we were able to freely roam. It was incredibly peaceful and safe, which was important to me as I was traveling with my two kids. the rooms, although a bit dated, were very clean and spacious, and we had a lovely view. the addition of a kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals. the beach was one of the cleanest I've ever seen, and swimming in the waves at sunset was a fantastic experience.
