We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street by the city wall. The hotel is on the outskirts of the old city, so it's peaceful and relaxing. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to laundry, and even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the dining restaurant was superb. The spa and wellness center offered a range of treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax. we highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious stay in a peaceful location.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old city, making it easy to explore the beautiful historical town. The rooms are well-appointed and have jetted tubs in the bathrooms for a luxurious bathing experience. The staff is attentive and provides helpful information about the area. The breakfast served in the glass-ceiling sunroom is a great way to start the day.

The spa has a limited schedule, closing at 8 pm, which can be inconvenient for guests returning from day trips who would like to relax in the pool or sauna.

We had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring San Gimignano, Certaldo, Siena, and the Chianti wine region. The spacious rooms and large bathrooms exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was a great start to each day with a wide selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed the aperitif drink and nibbles offered in the evenings. The hotel's own restaurant and the nearby one were both excellent choices for dining. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Italian trip.

So-so location. Rooms were a good size and clean enough. the bed was comfortable and we had a quiet night's sleep. the breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough for us to start our day. the nearby restaurants and bars were nice for a bite to eat.

The shower was extremely slippery and posed a safety concern. We were not impressed with the limited spa facilities and the poorly cooked meal we had at the hotel restaurant.
