I recently stayed at a hotel in Havant, situated near the sea and with easy access to the restaurant area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful shower in the decent sized bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the parking facilities and the flexibility of the staff. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I did experience some noise from a nearby wedding reception, which was a bit disruptive.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Newtown House. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any requests. The room was spotlessly clean and cosy, with modern facilities that met all our needs. The breakfast was excellent, surpassing our expectations and even better than most other hotels we've been to. We were also impressed with the heating system in the hotel, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The lady in charge was exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist us. We'll definitely be returning next year!

I had a great stay at Newtown House in South Hayling. The family room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The sheets felt clean and crisp. The balcony off the room provided a nice view, although it would have been even better if there was seating. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Despite a couple of minor issues, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a few restaurants. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always welcoming and helpful in finding activities to do in the area. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surroundings, perfect for relaxation.

The noise level was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep at night due to the thin walls and lack of insulation. the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the quality of the food was mediocre, not up to standards of what was expected.

Well-maintained property with ample parking. Polite and respectful staff. Good value for money Sunday lunch. Spacious room with a view. Comfy bed. Delicious meal. Convenient location. Plenty of parking.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a charming hotel near the beautiful South Hayling beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a large en-suite bathroom, complete with a huge bath and separate shower. I also loved the fact that the hotel provided a scrumptious cooked breakfast, with a wide selection of tasty ingredients. The dining area had a lovely view of the garden and the breakfast was included in the rate, which was great value for money. this hotel offered basic amenities with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

All was peachy-keen, no improvements needed here!

During my stay at Newtown House, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that we had a room that suited our needs, even though the initial allocation was not ideal. I really appreciated their assistance.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as noise from the bar and a lack of information in the rooms, these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

Fast response to requests, like providing a fan. Spotlessly clean and cozy rooms and dining area with modern facilities. Excellent breakfast with vegan options available.

My stay at Newtown House was excellent. I stayed for a weekend getaway and found the location to be perfect. It was a short 10-minute walk to the seafront, with shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. The staff at breakfast were outstanding, ensuring that everyone had enough food and drinks. The tables were well spaced and the area was clean and tidy. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The hotel also had ample parking, which was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.
