We loved the location of this place. It was in the center of everything, making it convenient for us to explore the surroundings. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a Superior Double Room, which was lovely, spacious, and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to all the iconic landmarks but still quiet. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and arranged for our gondola ride. I had a fabulous stay at Palazzo San Lorenzo and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location near a canal and S.Marco square, easy access to water bus. Character-filled property with large, spotless rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-stocked and reasonably priced minibar.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a welcoming and helpful staff member who provided me with a location pin so I could easily find my way. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with its elegant decoration and spacious layout. It even had a separate toilet and sink, which was a nice touch. The shower in the bathroom was very good, and I appreciated the provision of a robe and slippers. The hotel also provided a chilled bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift, which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from St. Marks Square and surrounded by charming cafes, shops, and the famous gondolas. I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo San Lorenzo and would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! the hotel provided us with complimentary water bottles upon arrival and a lovely breakfast each morning. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. We especially loved the panoramic views from our room!
