Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a welcoming and helpful staff member who provided me with a location pin so I could easily find my way. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with its elegant decoration and spacious layout. It even had a separate toilet and sink, which was a nice touch. The shower in the bathroom was very good, and I appreciated the provision of a robe and slippers. The hotel also provided a chilled bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift, which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from St. Marks Square and surrounded by charming cafes, shops, and the famous gondolas. I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo San Lorenzo and would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! The hotel provided us with complimentary water bottles upon arrival and a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. We especially loved the panoramic views from our room!
