The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with luxurious rooms and a personal touch from the friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main tourist area and quiet in April. Definitely a place I would return to!

The morning meal could have been improved by including the hot tub and solarium on the rooftop terrace in the room price or reducing the fee slightly.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful junior suite in Palazzo Scotto. The design and comfort of the room were top-notch. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious, especially the perfect scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. I also treated myself to the hot tub on the rooftop terrace, although there was an extra fee of 15€ per person. The highlight of my stay was the amazing personnel, especially Mauro who went above and beyond to help with carrying our luggage and the receptionist who assisted us with restaurant bookings. I will definitely be back to Palazzo Scotto! I highly recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we especially enjoyed the warm welcome and exceptional service. the location was also perfect as we were able to easily explore the central area and find affordable parking nearby.

Although we had a wonderful experience, we did find some aspects of the decor to be a bit over-the-top and flashy for our taste. the quality of the pillows in our room left something to be desired.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in the famous Trulli Area. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the warm welcome from the staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the unique town, with stunning views from the balcony. And the breakfast included was simply delicious!
