the location was fantastic as it was right by a water taxi station, making it very convenient for exploring Venice. the staff were extremely helpful and arranged a trip to Murano where we got to witness the mesmerizing art of glass-making. I was impressed by the beautiful hotel itself, and the bathroom was particularly spacious and well-designed. Palazzo Stern exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to assist me throughout my entire visit. They even upgraded me to a larger room when they learned that my mother was unwell, and they didn't charge me extra for it. The hotel itself was a fabulous old palazzo with a lot of history, and it had a stunning frontage to the grand canal where I enjoyed breakfast and drinks. The location was perfect, right next to the water bus stop and a lovely private water dock. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a lift to the top floors. The breakfast was great, and the reception staff were excellent. this hotel provided excellent service and a fantastic experience.

The hotel's location in the pleasant neighborhood of Academia made it convenient to explore the city, with the water taxi from the airport right next to the hotel and the Ponte dell'Accademia nearby. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide excellent service. The breakfasts were delicious and the atmosphere on the terrazza was delightful. We highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and attentive staff.

This place was fantastic! The location here was perfect, right on the Grande Canal and next to the Vaporetto stop. It made getting around so convenient, and we could easily explore all the beautiful areas Venice has to offer. Plus, it was a little quieter and less touristy, which was a nice bonus. I really loved being able to step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of the action.

They even arranged a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner they arranged for us at a nearby restaurant, complete with a private boat ride. It was truly a magical experience. The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the canal, across from the San Marco area. We could easily walk or take a ferry to all the famous landmarks on the main island. I also loved the fact that there was a vaporetto stop right at the front entrance of the hotel. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable, and I cannot thank them enough. This place truly enhanced our comfort and provided top-notch quality services.
