The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help us with weather forecasts. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with complimentary beer and nachos upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a charming country-style decor. The lobby offered 24-hour coffee with flavored syrups and a variety of teas. we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. They were accommodating with our late check-in and allowed us a late check-out the next day. the breakfast was served until late, which was great for those who like to sleep in.

It was disappointing that there weren't enough outdoor outlets for the truckers to plug in their trucks during the cold nights. Also, the pricing seemed to vary depending on the events happening in town, which wasn't communicated to us beforehand.

The hotel itself was well-built and surprisingly quiet. We couldn't hear any train noise at all, which was a relief. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and we were happy with the level of cleanliness. Additionally, having connected rooms was a major convenience for our group.

One disappointment was that when we arrived with our little one, the pack and play was not set up already. It would have been nice to have it ready, especially after a long journey.
