Exceptional service and attention to detail throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds but still easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options and beautiful views.

There were some non-guests on the property in the morning, which disturbed the peace and quiet. The prices felt slightly inflated and we found out about specials only after we had already booked.

For the value, Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully designed with a cozy layout and high-quality amenities. The location on the Grand Canal was excellent and the staff treated us with exceptional care and attention.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The hotel exudes luxury and warmth, with a friendly and formal atmosphere. The scrambled eggs and salmon were the best I've ever tasted, and the surprise Prosecco and cake for my partner's birthday was a lovely touch. The fragrance throughout the hotel was heavenly.

The hotel was a great find, located close to the water bus stop with fantastic staff. the room was huge and came with beautiful bathrooms. the breakfasts, as well as fancy dinners, were fantastic.

The lighting in the room was a bit difficult to figure out, but that's not an uncommon issue with hotels. it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Located right next to the waterbus stop, the hotel is conveniently close to everything in the city. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with impressive decor and furniture. The staff is extremely attentive and provides excellent service. Guests have raved about the delicious breakfast and the amazing dinner options offered by the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the busy tourist areas.

The only minor inconvenience was the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom.

My purpose for visiting Palazzo Venart was purely leisure and I stayed for a week. The hotel has stunning old Venetian character and the staff are excellent and attentive. The reception was open when we arrived late at night and we were quickly assisted to our spacious and luxurious room. The hotel is located close to a waterboat stop and has convenient airport connections. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely courtyard. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in Venice, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The lounge rooms were not very appealing, and there was nowhere convivial to sit in cooler weather. The classic room had a balcony with views of the city's TV aerials, and the mold under the rim of the bath was not up to luxury standards.
