The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check, in and check, out process smooth and enjoyable. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner, which provided us with a convenient and satisfying dining option during our stay.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. we were disappointed to find out that the price we had initially booked for was different from what we were charged upon check, in.

The best thing about this hotel was the free breakfast and the friendly staff. the location was very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the free activities offered at the nearby mall.

My stay at this hotel was not a great experience. the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The dining area staff were friendly and polite. The shower in the master bedroom was fantastic, and when we notified the front desk about an issue with the ironing board, it was promptly replaced. The location of the hotel was great, as it was near Arundel Mills but without the traffic. Additionally, it was close to a casino and some neighboring restaurants for breakfast. our stay was fantastic and we'd love to come back.
