I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. It was so convenient to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The amenities were great, from the spacious and clean rooms to the lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The pool was definitely a highlight, with its saltwater and infinity design, it provided a luxurious and refreshing experience. Cons: I had a great experience at this place. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We loved the renovated lobby and the stylish, spacious rooms with chic bathrooms. The location was perfect, just a block away from the waterfront and central area. The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English, and even made up the sofa bed for our kids in advance. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh choices. The pool area was large and offered fantastic views. As people who like karaoke and casinos, we found the facilities perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this exquisite hotel. The location was perfect, nestled just a few blocks away from the marina/bay, offering a peaceful and quieter ambiance. Plus, the short uphill walk to the station was convenient for us. We were delighted to be upgraded to a room with a lovely sea view. The service here was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and welcoming. The amenities provided, such as the terrace and sitting area in our room, added to our comfort and enjoyment.

Despite a minor issue with the swimming pool being inaccessible due to a technical problem, the hotel more than made up for it by its proximity to the beautiful shoreline. In fact, we would have preferred a free access to a beach instead.

The shower in our room was great and the bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. The breakfast room had a beautiful view. The hotel also has a great pool, perfect for families with kids or those with a car. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its central location and helpful reception staff.
