I expected a more considerate approach from the hotel, especially regarding peace during the early hours.

I also couldn't believe that after enduring all that, I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade or even a sorry for the troubles. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. not worth it, like the sleep I didn't get!

From the moment we walked in, the staff's friendliness made us feel at home. Our spacious room had a lovely kitchenette and two balconies, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking up the sun. The location is unbeatable, close to Argüelles metro, with tons of local restaurants and shops nearby. We even relished a peaceful night’s sleep thanks to the friendly courtyard ambiance.

this place was super comfy and quiet, my room faced the courtyard so it was nice to sleep without city noise. staff were really friendly and helped us with everything, even getting us ice from the restaurant. also, the location is great, close to the metro and a lot of bars and restaurants. the shower was amazin too, big and clean! they even let my friends hang out way past midnight, which was cool of them.
