Had a great Christmas at this hotel! The breakfast and dinner were delicious and we loved the fact they offered 5 course meals. The location was perfect, within walking distance from both the gondola and the town. , the hotel provided a wonderful sauna experience which was so relaxing and had us feeling refreshed for the rest of the day.

The lack of an elevator, making it hard to get to the upper floors with heavy luggage. However, the staff was always willing to help and offered to carry our luggage to our rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The warm welcome by Ursula and the excellent service by Vera at breakfast made us feel right at home. The 5 course dinners were delicious, especially the amazing salads. The hotel has a lovely decor and the grounds are well-maintained. The views from the hotel are absolutely glorious and there are plenty of nature walks nearby. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk away from the town, bus stop, and gondola. we had a fantastic experience at Parc Hotel Florian.
