Great food, especially dinner. Nice pool area. Efficient lifts, mostly gondolas. Long runs with excellent grooming and snow making. Friendly and gracious staff. Large, comfortable room. Very good breakfast with made to order eggs, fruit, cheese/meats, pastries, juice. Excellent dinner with antipasti, warm starters, mains, and dessert. Superb location, walking distance to ski lift. Very friendly and multilingual staff. Convenient ski depot with warmers for ski shoes. Hotel transport available to ski lift. Pool and saunas spacious and clean. Nice view and balcony. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent cuisine. Good wine list. Great room view.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is very close to the ski slopes and the ski lift station. Despite the hotel being situated down a steep hill, they offer a convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from the slopes in just 2 minutes. The staff here are incredibly professional and friendly, always ready to assist you. They speak multiple languages, including German, Italian, and English. The hotel offers various amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa lounge and indulging in rejuvenating body wraps and full body massages. The hotel also has a beautiful sun terrace and garden area, perfect for soaking up the sun after a day on the slopes.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, quiet alpine hotel with a lovely spa. The spacious rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious, especially the cold buffet. The pool, sauna, and steam rooms were a great way to relax. Despite being a short bus ride from the medieval town of Brunico, the hotel's peaceful location was worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the slopes and a shuttle service available. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The service provided by the staff is excellent, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is vast and delicious. The hotel offers great facilities, such as a pool and spa. it has a high-end restaurant feel, comparable to an expensive restaurant in other ski resorts.

Some guests have mentioned that the pillows in the bedrooms were old and uncomfortable.

The hotel was located in a picturesque village surrounded by nature and greenery, perfect for a relaxing city break. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with our needs. We loved the free underground parking and the fact that the hotel had a shuttle service to take us to the ski lift.

Although we enjoyed the location, we found that it was a bit too far to walk comfortably to the ski lift in our boots. the shuttle service was not available during certain hours which made it inconvenient for us to finish skiing early and get back to the hotel.
