The ski-in, ski-out access is fantastic for adventure lovers. The sauna area felt cramped and could use more space.

Assigned seating in the dining areas was not ideal!!! It should be first come, first serve to avoid unsightly views!!! Bar prices felt exorbitant for basic drinks!!! The wellness area felt cramped, making relaxation a challenge!!!

Absolutely loved the huge room with incredible views of Sassolungo! Breakfast was mighty good, with plenty of options to fill you up for the day ahead. Only downside? A bit chaotic during dinner, but overall a grand stay.

The breakfast buffet was superb! ! Dinner meals were outstanding, and it was a relief to avoid the tourist chaos in nearby towns.

Local buses had stops directly in front, but the wellness facilities could get overcrowded, undermining relaxation.

I enjoyed hiking right outside my door with various trails to explore. The wellness area provided a great spot to unwind after a day outdoors. Although I faced challenges with the wifi, my experience in the mountains made it worth it. I had a beautiful view of towering rock formations from my room. I found the environment more peaceful after visitors left for the day, which brought a sense of quiet I appreciate as an Italian.

though the views are stunning, the rude foreign guests in the wellness area were a real treat, absoluteley loved sharing the space with them. and don’t even get me started on assigned seating for meals, it felt like I was back in school. I definitely expected a complimentary upgrade but clearly, that is not part of their service. just couldn’t give a good review.

Also, assigned seating in the dining room felt a bit constraining, as there were many empty tables—plus, being isolated from nearby restaurants or vibrant nightlife might limit options for those looking for variety. The absence of air conditioning in the rooms was noticeable during warmer evenings, leaving us with the dilemma of open windows and potential bugs.

Waking up to epic mountain views every day was just next level! The brekkie spread was a lekker way to fuel up for hiking. After long days, the pool and sauna were absolute lifesavers! Plus, no stress with tourist crowds after hours—pure bliss.

The Superior Double Room was spacious, with views of the towering Sassolungo right outside. Super comfy beds made for a great night's sleep after hiking. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was awesome! The only downside? It could get a bit warm at night without AC. But waking up to that view? Totally worth it!
