The location of this hostel is superb, being close to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. the common area is a great place to relax and meet other guests, and there is a Sukiya restaurant nearby for a tasty meal.

One downside is that the walls in the rooms can be a bit thin, so noise from other guests may be heard at times.

stayed at a cozy and spacious Japanese tatami room with bathroom for a relaxing couple of nights. Convenient location near the station, clean and tidy area. Friendly staff and great facilities for cooking and socializing. Hana exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in Kyoto.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the JR and bus stations, which made exploring the city a breeze. The staff at Hana were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing tons of information on local sightseeing spots and seasonal events. The common room and kitchen were cozy and well-maintained, and I appreciated the fact that I could still use them even after checking out. Hana Hostel offered great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hostel, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto station. It was so easy to explore different temples and shrines using the nearby bus routes. The hostel is also surrounded by Porta dining and convenience stores, making it convenient for meals and snacks. The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the lack of curfew, with just a simple code entry after 10 pm. Perfect for exploring the city at night or visiting the shrines.
