The apartment was very clean and spacious, with excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. the kitchenette was well-furnished and had everything I needed. the inner court and garden provided a peaceful escape from the busy city. the location was ideal, just 9 minutes from the cathedral and at the entrance of the old town. the air conditioner was impressively quiet and kept the room cool even in the high external temperature. Caterina's prompt and helpful responses were much appreciated.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had excellent air conditioning to cool down from the hot Florence weather. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, providing us with a perfect night's sleep. We also loved the central courtyard and the convenience of having a lift to avoid carrying our suitcases upstairs. The communication before and during our stay was exceptional, and we appreciated the self-check-in process with a door code instead of a physical key. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Florence.

We got incredible value for our money at Pietrapiana Boutique Apartments. The room was beautiful and had a rustic-modern feel with high ceilings. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the staff treated us with great attentiveness and kindness throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Pietrapiana Boutique. The property was beautifully renovated, spacious, and charming. The second bedroom was perfect for our small family, and we were pleased that they provided a baby cot upon request. All the amenities were included, and the wifi was excellent. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from restaurants and all major attractions. The key code entry system made check-in convenient, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Fast and helpful staff, including assistance with restaurant reservations. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped rooms. Good supply of basics and easy-to-understand heating system. Lovely courtyard. Great communication from the host before and during our stay.

A nearby supermarket provided a good supply of basic necessities such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. The heating system was easy to understand, and there were plenty of towels available. The lovely little courtyard offered a peaceful and relaxing spot. The host, Caterina, was excellent in her communication before and during our stay.
