I had a great experience at Aluasoul. the cleaning was excellent and the staff were very kind and nice. the pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed the view from my balcony. the hotel had a good range of activities, and the best part was the friendly and kind member of the animation staff, Gian Luca. the restaurant had a great selection of food and the bar staff in the evening were fantastic. it made my holiday much better.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was classy, offering peace and tranquility while still being within easy walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is big with nice sunbeds by the pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff were friendly and attentive, from reception to the lady who cleaned our room. They really showed proper attention to detail and made us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities to a mini-bar and balcony. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The live entertainment and beach access were added bonuses, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It provides enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a perfect choice for a luxurious vacation.

The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from the beach and a convenient Lidl. The staff are very professional and always ready to help with any queries. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice amenities such as a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and safe. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including cooked to order eggs and a salad bar.

The entertainment options at the hotel could be improved.

We enjoyed the great selection of branded drinks at the bar and the friendly and attentive evening staff. The all-inclusive restaurant offered a very good selection of food. Gian Luca from the animation staff made our holiday so much better with his amazing energy and friendliness. The dining room staff, Isabel and David, were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. Poolside entertainment at night was a highlight, especially for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos.
