I had an exceptional stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be bettered as I was in the most central area for shopping, museums, and first-class restaurants. The room was great and very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff who were unfailingly gracious, polite, and helpful. The amenities provided, such as the terrace and in-room safe, added to the overall luxury and convenience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions. Just a short walk to the famous bridge and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. the comfortable beds and pillows ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Best of all, the breakfast with its variety of fruits, meats, and cakes was a great way to start the day.

The street noise could be quite loud, but closing the windows at night helped to create a calm sleeping environment.

I loved how this venue is located right on a bridge near the center of tour spots, in the historic area. The staff was amazing and very friendly, always available to help me with room service, car/bicycle hire services, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were also great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV. Furthermore, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the outdoor dining area with a view of the city.

The hotel's location is simply amazing! You can easily access all the tour spots of the city since it is right off the Ponte Vecchio bridge and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious and completely furnished, the breakfast is delicious, and it offers an amazing view of the city's rooftops from the terrace. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and small and the AC took some time to heat up the room properly.
