The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The quiet, pastoral setting and the beautifully cooked food were lovely. We enjoyed seeing the wild forest ponies and the bee hives. There were also friendly horses and the breakfast and dinner were terrific. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. We met other travelers at mealtime and had a good time.

The peaceful and beautiful property with gardens was a perfect backdrop for our stay, and the attention to detail in the decor added to the overall experience. The swimming pool was a lovely addition and provided a refreshing break from the Tuscan sun. Jamal and the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home during our stay.

I had the most amazing time at Villa Poggio Di Gaville! The surrounding area is stunning, and I discovered so many beautiful hilltop villages with breathtaking views during my four-night stay. The Wednesday market in Greve is a must-visit for delicious food, clothes, and more. The easy train trip to Florence from San Giovanni Station was convenient, and the free parking was a bonus. The on-site restaurant, Sleeping Buddha, had a cozy atmosphere and an impressive wine selection. And let's not forget about the Black Rooster restaurant in Greve, where I had the best Florentine steak of my entire trip!

This hotel was the perfect place to spend Christmas. the location was ideal, right in the heart of Tuscany, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful countryside. the villa itself was beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

On the downside, the food options at the hotel were limited, especially during the holiday season. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of dishes to choose from.
