this hostel was a pleasant surprise! after a previous stay in london, i didn't expect much, but park villa boutique exceeded all my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful, the wifi was the best i've ever had at a hostel, and the free breakfast and coffee were a great bonus. definitely one of the best hostels i've stayed in.

Liked the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and made my stay more enjoyable. the location of the hostel was great, with easy access to the subway and bus stops nearby. It made getting around the city convenient. Another advantage was the option of buying breakfast at the hostel, although I didn't avail of it this time.

Disliked the overall cleanliness of the place, especially the showers. It felt like they weren't cleaned thoroughly and it made me uncomfortable.

I stayed at Park Villa for 3 weeks and loved it. The staff were fantastic, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in procedures were organized. The kitchen facilities were convenient, the breakfast was decent, and the hostel felt secure. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lounge area with Netflix. The WiFi was the best I've experienced in the UK. Park Villa was the best hostel experience I've had.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest tube station and close to supermarkets and shops. This made it easy to explore the city and get everything I needed. the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, which added to a positive experience.

The room was dusty and had not been cleaned thoroughly, with stained chairs and splattered toothpaste on the bathroom taps. the kitchen was also very dirty, with all the food mixed together, and the breakfast offered was poor and dirty.

We also enjoyed the option to use the kitchen for breakfast or dinner, which was a great value at only 3 euros. The nearby restaurant, Nando's, served delicious food at a reasonable price. we were impressed with the new fittings and cleanliness of the hostel.
