Although we couldn't enjoy the hotel lounge one evening due to a private function, the staff accommodated us during dinner service, with the delightful Komal as our attentive waitress. We appreciated her warm and engaging personality.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service. The facility had comfortable rooms with beautiful artwork and ample lighting. It also had running hot water and plenty of sockets for charging devices. The air-conditioning was easily adjustable for personal comfort.

The location was great, with Inorbit mall just a stone's throw away. It was easy to travel around the area as the train station was nearby. The rooms were comfortable, with substantial illumination, good air conditioning and plenty of sockets for charging devices. In addition, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the food was excellent.

The hospitality could have been better, they were cleaning the room every two days, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points in Vashi. The room was great, providing excellent value for money. The location was convenient, with easy access to the center and nearby mall. The staff were exceptional, providing warm and friendly service throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

We went for a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the location was ideal, with a stunning view of the city. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the room was not as clean as we expected, and we found a few hairs in the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, offering luxurious amenities at a great price. the outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were a highlight. the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel pampered and at home.

it was resolved quickly and didn't detract from my enjoyment of the hotel.
