We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Rafael, Francesco, Illaria, and Andreas. They upgraded us to a room with a huge balcony and an amazing view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, where Peirluigi provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and friendly staff. The location of the hotel, remotely situated on the mountain, offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and breakfast were the best aspects of our stay.

The rooms are well-furnished and clean, with ample wardrobe space. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are good. The food at the hotel is excellent, with a good selection on offer for everyone. The restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. There is a convenient shuttle bus that runs regularly down to Sorrento, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel has plenty of sunbeds and beautifully maintained gardens.

Jacuzzi didn't work properly.

We couldn't get enough of the amazing scenery. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome.

While the hotel itself was lovely, we did have a few minor complaints. the bus service into town could have run more frequently, especially during the middle of the day when it had a long break.

Had a lovely Christmas break at this hotel. The complimentary mulled wine and mince pies on Christmas Eve were a lovely touch. The hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and the views of the town and sea from the hotel are stunning. We particularly enjoyed taking advantage of the hotel's spa facilities, which were well-maintained and relaxing.

The breakfast buffet was nothing special and could have been better. , the room we were given was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.
