We found this hotel to be conveniently located close to the hospital area, just off the freeway, and within walking distance to various restaurants. the cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and personable. Additionally, the hot breakfast was a delightful perk. Cons: Nothing; everything was superb.

Our room was surprisingly quiet despite being near a train yard and freeway. Fast food & good restaurants are within 2-3 blocks. The 4th-floor view of the train yard was refreshing.

The check-in process could have been better. We had to wait an hour for our room, which was supposed to be ready at 3:00pm but wasn't until 4:15pm.

The rooms are comfortable with great amenities including a hot breakfast and comfy beds. Additionally, staff members are friendly and accommodating, ensuring an excellent service experience.

Some outside noise can be heard in the rooms, which may affect light sleepers.

The free cookies and hot cider were nice touches during the Christmas season. the location was spot on, with fast food options and good restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the hotel was located near major medical centers.
