I recently stayed at the Hotel Principe Di Savoia for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, providing excellent service from the valet parking to the reception and concierge. The hotel itself has a beautiful old world vibe, with spacious rooms and a lovely pool and steam room. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a superior room without me even asking. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond when they replaced my missing caviar by going to the same shop where I had purchased it. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

As a couple, we loved the spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with elegant, inlaid furniture. The concierge was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us. The complimentary limo service to and from the shopping area was a fantastic bonus. The fitness room met all our average needs.

Our luxurious stay was perfect, as this hotel fulfilled every need and expectation. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional, especially the indoor swimming pool and Spa centre which were well, maintained, providing a tranquil and serene environment. the restaurant had charming ambience and appetizing food, while the in, room breakfast was perfectly timed, adhering to our preferences.

Despite the luxurious experience, there was one minor issue. the coffee/tea in the lobby wasn't replenished timely, hence diminishing the comfort level of lounging in that area.

The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with every request being fulfilled promptly. The design and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the top-notch amenities provided, truly enhanced my experience.
