This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, spa & wellness centre, and the indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend trying the breakfast. it’s fantastic! I’m definitely coming back for Christmas.

From the moment I arrived, the genuine hospitality left a remarkable impression. The breakfast was a delightful spread, and the little gifts left by housekeeping added a personal touch that made my stay special.

However, the parking fees felt steep and complicated, which took away a bit from the overall experience. Despite that, the ambiance and location more than made up for it.

this was my second stay in milan, and the dorchester collection truly exceeded my expectations during this longer visit. my room was large and beautifully appointed, making me feel like royalty. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the outdoor dining experience was a standout, adding to the overall charm.

The culinary offerings at Acanto were nothing short of breathtaking, with hot and cold dishes that had me savoring each bite. The staff’s attention was also top-notch, making my stay feel extra special. Plus, the free shuttle to downtown Milan was a welcome treat!

While the location is decent, it's a bit far from the tourist buzz. the subway is super close, though! Some common areas, like the bar and breakfast room, felt like they could use a facelift. Oh, and I missed having a coffee maker in the room. Parking is on the pricey side for Milan, but everything else kept shining bright.

What a stunning spot! The room felt like a luxury palace, and the cocktail lounge vibes were top-notch—such great nibbles! Plus, that free shuttle to the city was a lifesaver.

However, my shower had a mind of its own—definitely took 'refreshing' to a new level! And the WiFi? Let’s just say it could use a little pep!
