We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, informative, and treated us like special guests. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean, with balconies. The breakfast was superb and the staff went above and beyond for our grandchildren. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to visit nearby Florence and Lucca. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions and the famous thermal historical building. The restaurant offers delicious food, with gluten-free options available, and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. One of my favorite spots in the hotel is the enchanting outdoor lounge area, adorned with twinkling lights that create a magical ambiance.
