The room at Qc Room San Pellegrino was well-designed and very comfortable. We loved the amenities, especially the air-conditioning, which was a rarity in San Pellegrino. The bed was comfortable and the shower was terrific. We also enjoyed the complementary San Pellegrino drinks and the convenience of a coffee machine in the room. The spa package we had with our room was great value for money.

The check-in process was a bit lengthy, and we expected the online check-in to speed up the process, but it didn't. Also, it would have been helpful to have someone at reception to ask for information or assistance.

Comfy, high-quality materials, nice collection of bathroom cosmetics, full collection of San Pellegrino waters in minibar, premium feel.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the town center, offering easy access to shops and attractions. Guests can enjoy modern rooms with comfortable beds and brand new facilities. The lobby features self-check-in stations and a variety of refreshments, including Nespresso coffee and St. Pellegrino water. Additionally, the hotel offers a unique experience with scents in every space, allowing guests to purchase the same scented bottles for their own use.

There is no reception at the hotel, resulting in a lack of service and assistance for guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the vibrant town center. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in every aspect, such as the well-stocked mini fridge and the lovely snacks available at the reception area. Oh, and the breakfast was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

Everything was great and there are no major improvements needed.

The restaurant had a decent selection. the room was stylishly decorated and had a comfortable bed. the hotel is situated near a bus stop and a train station, making it easy to get around the town.

The hotel's biggest downside was its location. It was far from the main attractions and difficult to find.
