The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, especially the thermal baths. There were so many different activities to choose from, which was great for relaxation and indulgence during our holiday. the location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Stelvio National Park and we were able to easily taste the delicious Valtellina specialties. Additionally, the building itself was very impressive and the hotel parking was convenient. the room had a nice scent and the toiletries provided were of good quality.

The wellness area was often overcrowded, with a lot of external guests. This made it difficult as a hotel guest to fully enjoy the facilities, especially when we had to wait for long periods to use the small pools.

What a fantastic stay! the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience incredible. the food was amazing and the service was top, notch. We also loved the thermal baths, they were a real delight. the hotel's charm and old, fashioned beauty added to our overall enjoyment. We also appreciated the stunning location in the mountains.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and impeccable. Every single detail, from the room furniture to the delicious breakfast, was perfect. The staff, available 24/7, was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-equipped rooms, a majestic restaurant, and breathtaking mountain views. The spa, despite being a bit busy with external visitors, was a real pleasure to relax in, especially with the private jacuzzi in our bathroom. We will definitely come back!

I recently stayed at this beautiful historic building for my birthday. The staff surprised me with a gift and a birthday song during checkout, making it one of my best birthdays ever. The hotel offers an awesome and unique spa experience, with a spa exclusively for hotel guests in the morning and access to their sister hotel's spa. The dining room is amazing, with an excellent wine list. The gym offers a great view, and the breakfast and service are superb. The thermal pools and scenery add to the relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the middle of the mountains. The newly updated building was elegant and beautiful. The hotel facilities included natural hot springs and a high-level spa with swimming pools for sunbathing in the garden. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the location was amazing, with breathtaking views and the opportunity for walks in a beautiful natural park. The hotel also offered transportation to and from the ski terrains.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The breakfast staff worked hard to meet everyone's needs. The hotel facilities, especially the Bagni nuovi, were stunning and beyond expectations. They even offered to upgrade our room at no extra cost when we had a heating issue.

The facilities were impressive, with stunning spas and a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the valley. the staff were courteous and friendly, always ready to assist. the rooms were warm and delightful, with luxurious cosmetic amenities.

There were some disappointments that prevented it from being a 5-star experience. Upon arrival, there was no one to assist with our bags and show us to our room.

On the positive side, the thermal bath facilities were fantastic. the natural thermal water and variety of water treatments provided a unique and relaxing experience. the fact that hotel guests had unlimited use of the facilities and exclusive access before 11 am was a real advantage, as it allowed us to enjoy the baths without the crowds. Moreover, the comfortable and spacious rooms, complete with bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries, added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the complimentary shuttle service to Bormio city, the bus station, and other bath facilities in Bagni Vecchi was a convenient perk that made getting around much easier.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. there were no options for food outside of what the hotel offered.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the modern and spacious apartment, access to the spa included in our package, complimentary aperitivo, and fabulous breakfast. The apartment was set up to a high standard with nice amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen, Dyson, and sound system. The spa had a great selection of outside warm baths and pools. The staff was very gentle and accommodating. we found the apartment plus spa package to be great value and more spacious compared to hotel rooms.
