This place was awesome! The location was further out of the centre than expected, but it was an easy and enjoyable walk to downtown. Plus, it was super convenient to catch public transportation or use the scooters available nearby. The staff here were very kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided excellent service, from room service to bell staff and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. the staff here were friendly and helpful, making my experience at this hotel very welcoming.

Our romantic escape was perfect! the little surprises awaiting us every day, such as complimentary chocolate and wine, made us feel truly special. the location was amazing, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and we loved the convenience of the nearby tram stops. having the free use of bicycles was a great way to get around and explore the city at our own pace.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, but that didn't detract from our overall experience.

While we had a fantastic experience and couldn't fault this venue, we will recommend this hotel to family and friends due to its excellent location and friendly, responsive staff. The in-room air conditioning and soundproofed rooms ensured we had a great night's sleep and the bar/lounge area and dining options made for a relaxing end to a busy day. we would highly recommend staying here.
