The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who gave us the chance to choose our room. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas, making it perfect for avid shoppers. The rooms are modern and chic, and the cleanliness upon check-in was commendable. The bathroom amenities, although not replenished daily, were of good quality. Additionally, the doormen were always welcoming and made us feel at home.

The daily cleaning of the bathroom was not thorough, and some bathroom amenities were half used upon check-in.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were truly exceptional. The massage by the friendly and professional staff was one of the best I have experienced in a long time. The garden area was also a peaceful retreat where I could relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The room was well-appointed, with exclusive facilities and wonderful views of the city. The restaurant and bar area served delicious food and drinks that satisfied my every craving. In-room breakfast was also a great way to start my day.

The only minor issue was that the bathroom amenities were not replenished daily, and I had to request more. However, this did not detract from my overall experience at this hotel.

The staff at Westin Istanbul Nisantasi were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to choose my room and ensured that it met my needs. The receptionist who spoke fluent English greeted me with a beautiful smile and understood all my requests. The Egyptian staff member, Mohammed, was also helpful and ensured I had the perfect room. The bellboys, including Darwesh Ulger, were strong and friendly, assisting me with my luggage and purchases. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Osman Bey and the Nisantasi shopping streets. The hotel itself is modern, chic, and a part of the Marriott Bonvoy program. I had an amazing first experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

One minor downside was the in-room dining for breakfast, which ended at 11am. It would be better if breakfast options were available all day, especially for travelers who may be in a different time zone.

Nothing it was perfect.

The doormen were friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few steps away from the main shopping and dining area. the room was spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable furniture and nice amenities.

Our Thanksgiving stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The service was extremely slow, and we had to call multiple times for basic requests like tissues and water.

The receptionist was friendly and allowed us to choose our room. Mohammed, a staff member, was very helpful in finding us the perfect room. The doormen were super friendly and helped with our luggage. The hotel is in a great location for shoppers. The hotel is new, modern, and chic.
