The location of the hotel is fantastic, right by the Theatre where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere of the shows. Our room had a window overlooking the square, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. The hotel's alley location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and reach all the attractions. the hotel provided great facilities such as clean rooms, a well-maintained bathroom, and a lovely little yard with chairs and a table.

The service provided by the staff left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center near to everything you will need. The location was perfect, right in front of the canal and just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a spacious apartment that had a well-equipped kitchen. The staff, especially Asela, were extremely attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. We really appreciated their assistance with reservations, transportation, and even providing us with a trip to a nearby island. the hospitality and warmth we experienced made this feel like a home away from home.

The decoration of Residence La Fenice was absolutely charming. The elegant Venetian ceilings and refined wallpapers added a touch of sophistication to the general areas of the hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The entrance had a moving walkway, which made it easier for me to reach the dock and explore the beautiful city of Venice.

I would have enjoyed my vacation even more if the children working there were more attentive and helpful.

Key location was excellent for exploring the city. Just a short walk to major attractions like the Guggenheim and the famous piazza. The apartment was also well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to save some money by preparing meals. The rooftop balcony was a bonus for enjoying lunches with a view. the apartment was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family or large group.

Disliked the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the property owner. There was a mix-up with payment methods, as they did not accept American Express and only took Visa.

Best aspects of our stay were the spacious rooms and the great location. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a family or a group of friends comfortably. The hotel was conveniently located near a vaporetto stop and within walking distance to major attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the beautiful views from the balconies.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of communication and the poor service. We were given the wrong address and had trouble finding the hotel.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, right near a charming little square. The views from the apartment were beautiful and we loved being able to see the local theater. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Additionally, our host recommended a great tour to nearby islands which our kids absolutely loved!

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The wifi was spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating.
