I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip. This place is conveniently located right next to a busy tram stop, which made traveling around here incredibly easy. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance from most popular sightseeing spots here. The staff were incredibly friendly, helping us make arrangements to get from the airport as well as to Auschwitz with pleasant service. The clean and comfortable room came with plenty of amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and air conditioning. The leisure spa and wellness center here was a welcomed retreat, offering steam room, turkish bath, facial, and body scrub services.

I would recommend this hotel to all if you are ever in the area and looking for a luxurious stay.

Located near the Oscar Schindler museum, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff provided first-rate service with a smile, making our trip memorable. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and the spa facilities were a welcome addition after a day of exploring. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transport and the city center.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well.

The fire alarm/emergency door alarms going off regularly in the early morning was annoying and unsettling.

The mattress in the twin room was not in the best condition, causing discomfort during sleep.

The noise from the outside traffic was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. the elevator was a bit slow and not always reliable, causing some frustration for those in a hurry.

Stayed at Lwowska 1 for a week and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and warm, even in freezing temperatures. The towels were changed daily and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from the start. Conveniently located just a few tram stops away from the city center. Would highly recommend.
