The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the train station where frequent trains took us to the center of Venice. We were able to explore the city easily and it was very convenient. Additionally, there was a Punto supermarket nearby which made it easy to grab any necessities we needed during our stay.

The hotel could improve on their housekeeping service, as some guests mentioned running out of toilet paper and not having the room cleaned during their stay.

Friendly staff, convenient location, spacious apartment, large bathroom, helpful hotel owner, easy transportation to Venice.

What a fantastic stay at Residence Venice! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the fresh towels and the friendly owners who provided helpful information about the area. The location was great, with a supermarket just around the corner and a lovely snack bar across the road for breakfast. Plus, it only took us about 20 minutes by car to reach Venice, and the parking garage on the island was convenient. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the value for money was superb. The prices were very reasonable and I couldn't believe how much I got for my money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff at this hotel really go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The location in a quiet neighborhood was ideal for me as I prefer a peaceful environment. Lastly, the rooms were just as shown in the pictures - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a basic kitchen.

We spent Xmas in an apartment quite close to Venice. Two things I liked were its great location and the helpfulness of the staff. the apartment was just a short train ride away from Venice, which was ideal for day trips. the staff were friendly and always available to offer suggestions on what to see and do in the area. One other advantage was that the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, which enabled us to cook our own meals.

The bathroom was particularly dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. the soundproofing was poor, and we heard loud noises from other apartments and the street below.
