What a hidden gem! The Superior Double Room with Canal View provided breathtaking views and a spacious atmosphere. Annalisa, the lovely host, was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and delivered right to our room. Perfect location near the Arsenale and major sights made exploring effortless. Simply fantastic!

Air conditioning could use significant improvement, as it fails to cool adequately!!! The shower pressure was disappointingly weak, making it hard to wash hair comfortably!!! Noise from the street can disrupt sleep if you're in a lower room!!!

We enjoyed exploring Venice's magic with the fantastic staff providing information on authentic local restaurants and nearby tours. The kids loved the gondola rides and the breathtaking canal views from our room made the family trip even more special.

My kids wished for more space to play indoors.

I enjoyed my time at this place, especially the location right next to the lagoon. It was easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the help from staff, who provided a personalized itinerary to make the most of my visit. One moment that stood out was when I asked for assistance finding a local restaurant, and they readily provided great suggestions. My air conditioning did have some issues, but the room views made up for it. I recommend it, despite some areas needing improvement.

The location was fantastic only a block from the vaporetto stop making it a breeze to get around Venice. Really enjoyed the larger room with a view of the canal too. Staff were super helpful, giving tips on sightseeing.

i had the displeasure of enduring a shower with abysmally weak water pressure, making it impossible to wash my hair properly. furthermore, the breakfast was such a letdown that i almost expected a personal apology from management for the lack of quality! i expected at least a welcome gift to make up for these shortcomings but no such luck. i just couldn’t recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in a room facing the Grand Canal, and it was so thoughtful of the hotel to send my husband a birthday letter! Enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony and indulging in a fantastic breakfast every morning. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, so you might catch some neighborly chatter at times. 😉
