The staff were incredibly accommodating, and I really appreciated the availability of a pancake maker in the breakfast area, which made breakfast fun for my kids!

The pool's visibility from the main entrance was a bit off-putting, and it would have been great if breakfast items were clearly labeled to accommodate different dietary preferences.

The breakfast at Best Western Plus was a delightful feast! The pancake maker was a hit with the kids, and I even enjoyed a latte from their fantastic coffee machine. The staff really made us feel at home, letting my daughter snag some free candy at check-in—a lovely touch!

A bit of a quirky setup though, as the pool is right near the entrance for all to see. I passed on swimming for that reason. Plus, breakfast items lacked labels—asking about the sausage left me guessing. I'd love to see more clear options for dietary needs.

The queen room was super spacious and clean. I loved the amenities like air conditioning and a microwave. Felt cozy with cable channels and a flat-screen TV. The hot tub and heated pool were amazing! They also had fitness equipment. Coffee was always available. Great experience overall!

I recently enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus North Joliet, where the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. My room was newly decorated and spotless, featuring a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was a delightful spread, including delicious eggs, sausage, and homemade cinnamon rolls. I also loved the pool and hot tub, which were clean and well-maintained.

I had a nice 3-night stay. The staff were super chill and helpful, which made things easy. The Queen room was really spacious and the shower felt nice after a long day. The snack bar late at night was a lifesaver, though the pool was kinda crowded and seemed smaller than expected.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the breakfast was completely unavailable for several days due to poor supply management. 8/10 rating.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and clean. Loved the modern furnishings! The pool was nice, but a bit too warm for my taste. It was just a fitting option for a passing visit in Joliet with great value for money. The toiletries in the room were wonderful and added a nice touch to my stay. If you're traveling with a dog, there’s plenty of space outside to walk them.
